The Texas Coalition for Quality Arts Education
GoArts and the Texas Coalition support quality fine arts instruction for all Texas students and work to educate state lawmakers about the importance of protecting fine arts education in Texas schools.

This site houses an eight-part video, web, and print resources called "The Arts in Every Classroom". These were produced by the Annenberg Foundation and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. The link under "Workshops & Courses" includes individual program descriptions including information about the free resources included with the videos that help to design classroom curriculum.

The Smithsonian Institution's education site includes links for educators, parents, and students. there are also arts-related links under "EverythingArt"  such as lesson plans for educators and 10 visual art links for students.

The J. Paul Getty Trust has an arts education site devoted mainly to visual art. You'll find lesson plans from "The Aesthetic Experience" to "Worlds of Art" (sorted by grade level), links to image galleries and exhibitions, and an online discussion board.
